All school rules and policies will be enforced.
No food, gum or drinks in the band room. This includes all storage areas. *Water is okay – just not the flavored stuff!*

1^st offense per year………….Warning
2^nd offense per year…………Parent Contact
3^rd offense per year………….1 day after school detention

To come to class without your instrument, music, coordinate sheets, and/or pencil is to come to class unprepared. A deduction of points from the daily participation grade will result. (Exceptions to this rule are in the areas of personal illness, injury, instrument repair as approved by the director; notes must be accompanied for any of the above by a Parent/Doctor.)
It will be assumed that if a student is too ill to play their instrument, then that student is also too ill to be in class that day. So, if you are in class, you WILL be expected to play.
All students are required to participate and be in attendance at all performances and concerts and remain for the entire duration of the event.
