  1. An itinerary will be given for each trip at least one week in advance.  Keep track of this sheet to avoid unnecessary questions.
  2. Applicable Permission Forms must be turned in by the designated due date or you DO NOT travel with us.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
  3. Students are discouraged from bringing any valuables on the bus.  The buses will not always be watched, They are unable to be locked and you cannot carry any extra equipment with you while we are away from the buses.
  4. Students may listen to music through headphones only.
  5. Chaperones will be on each bus.  Students are to obey the chaperones’ requests at all times.  Students not listening to chaperones will be considered for disciplinary action. 
  6. Students will sign up for a bus at the BEGINNING of the year.  NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO CHANGE BUSES AFTER THE FINAL LIST IS POSTED.
  7. In order to arrive safely at all events, there is NO SINGING, CHANTING, CHEERING, OR LOUD NOISES on the bus.
  8. NEVER WILL STUDENTS HANG THEIR FEET, ARMS, OR BODY OUT A WINDOW!
  9. Windows will remain up on the bus at all times, unless specified from the director that the windows can be down.
  10. Food and drink will not be allowed on the bus, unless specified by the director.
  11. Students are allowed to ride home with parents.  A note (handwritten/signature) from a parent must be provided by the student submitted no later than Thursday by 3 pm for a Friday night away game.  For other events a deadline will be announced.  Students must meet their parent at the bus and then be checked off of the list by the director.
  12. Cell phones are not permitted while the band is ON DUTY.  This applies to ALL TRIPS outside of the regular school day.
